Courses at Key Stage 4
- All students will follow the NEAB syllabus for GCSE (Syllabus 3702/3712) English and English Literature. The course is defined within the specification, and the detailed programme of study will be devised by the teacher, in order to meet the needs and interests within the teaching group.
- We pride ourselves on a high percentage of entries for both examinations. coursework. Where appropriate a small number of students will study only English in order to enhance and maximise their potential within this subject.
- Only in very exceptional circumstances will students not be entered for GCSE English.
