All members of the College Community are welcome to use the facilities. The LRC is open during and after school to allow access to resources. Staff are available at all times.
The LRC houses over 8,000 books, journals and 20 networked computers. Most of the books are available for home loan in order to assist students with homework and their recreational reading. A computerised catalogue showing all book stock is accessible.
Reading Club is held on a Friday lunch time. It is also the time when Year 11 and over have chance to work on projects or revise.
A Careers Room within the LRC has information on careers, prospectuses and reference books.
A Few Things to Remember:
Quiet and sensible behaviour at all times is expected within the LRC
Mobile Phones and MP3 Players are not allowed
Bags should be left on the racks provided
No Food or Drink to be brought in
Dates for return of books are given on the front label. Renewals may be possible.
